- 7 years of business coaching, leveraging all years of experience—helping companies and organizations of all kinds get aligned in their mission and messaging and grow

Scott McAvoy Director
- President / CEO of Marbridge (TX)—his tenure there is 22 years and their current budget is $22 million
- Marbridge is one of the oldest and most established intentional communities for adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in the United States
- They currently serve 160 adults year-round and 65 summer campers, with 180 FTEs and 500 volunteers
- Fully supports our model and gives full access to himself and the expertise of the Marbridge executive team

- 35+ years of executive leadership in the nonprofit sector—fundraising, marketing, communications, corporate partnerships, philanthropy, and organizational development
- 7 years as Chief Development Officer, Feeding Tampa Bay; led fundraising, marketing, communications, corporate partnerships, donor relations, and volunteer engagement
- Led capital and annual campaigns that raised over $115 million in 3 years
- Executive leadership during growth to a $445M annual impact organization with 58,000+ volunteers, 470+ community partners, and 2,000+ supporting organizations
- Current owner of a marketing and development consultant business

Troy Marsh Secretary
- 22+ years in residential real estate, serving buyers, sellers, and investors
- Owner and Team Leader, Marsh Home Group; has helped 1,500+ clients buy or sell homes since 2004
- Started a property management company in 2024 and is now managing over 300 doors
- Former Part-Owner/CEO/Management-Level Licensee of a 250+ agent Keller Williams market center and 7 years serving on Keller Williams Agent Leadership Councils
- Real estate investor, owning and managing a portfolio of rental properties while helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate
Advisors & Mentors
Over the years since we began this mission, we have gathered other advisors in the financial, real estate, and development space who guide and mentor us. We are also in a community of intellectual and developmental residential communities. We attend conferences, study many models, and have visited many residential communities around the country. Several leaders who have started and run these residential programs guide, help, and teach us.
